Offers a full range of rehabilitation services including post-surgical recovery, dialysis, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, cardiac care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, pain management and Speech Therapy.Following the course of care, each patient is evaluated to determine their ability to continue living alone or with loved ones. Most rehabilitation patients return to their own homes or a Supported Living site following recovery.
