Provides intensive, comprehensive clinical, case management, and vocational services to adults diagnosed with mental health conditions and whose needs have not been met effectively by more traditional service delivery approaches. Services are provided in the community by a mobile treatment team and are individually tailored to assist individuals to improve their quality of life and achieve valued life roles.

A community based not-for-profit mental health agency that delivers a wide array of person-centered and recovery oriented services, professional and community education and advocacy. Services include licensed out-patient clinics, housing, vocational support, ACT team, Northern Westchester Recovery Network, Westchester Recovery Network, Family Support, Sterling Community Center, and OnTrackNY (for young adults in the first year of psychosis). Services are available for all ages and are offered on-site at OMH licensed clinics as well as in home and community settings.
