Offers a child care center providing care at a variety of times, with different programs offered for ages 3 through 12 years old. Fosters a safe and enriching environment for children to learn, grow, and play. Programs offer trained and caring staff with a focus on comprehensive development, providing a foundation for lifelong learning and positive social interactions while ensuring each child feels valued and empowered.
-Daycare full-day program, available for ages 3 to 5 who are potty trained.
-Universal Pre-K (UPK) offered in partnership with the Elmira City School District. UPK Wraparound care for ages 4&5 enrolled in Universal Pre-K with YWCA.
-Before & After School programs ages 4 to 12 offered at nine school locations throughout Chemung County. Wrap Around After Cohesion program offered at two locations.
