Also provides an adult day health program for individuals who need some supervision throughout the day, with services that include exercise, socialization, group activities and rest. A nurse will be available to provide medications, treatment, evaluations, and teaching. Nurses aides will be available for personal care services: bathing, exercise, feeding assistance, toileting and other comfort measures.
