Provides outpatient services at Zucker Hillside Hospital for those with opioid use disorder. OTP is person-centered; which means our approach prioritizes your needs, goals and preferences with a focus on recovery support and harm reduction. Services include medication, counseling, psychiatric treatment and medical care. And you have access to the full array of programs and services available through Northwell’s inpatient and outpatient network. This program is licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports. We offer: Comprehensive assessments and referrals; Medical services; Psychiatric evaluation and medication management; Individual and group counseling services; Nursing services; Vocational assessment and counseling; Peer advocacy services; Overdose prevention program and Interdisciplinary, personalized care.
