DIABETES EDUCATION PROGRAM | CORNELL COOPERATIVE EXTENSION OF SUFFOLK COUNTY

Provides diabetes education for individuals and their families in Suffolk County Health Centers and in the community. Classes are offered at various locations throughout the county, during day and evening, to promote self-management of diabetes and weight management in efforts to prevent or delay the complications associated with diabetes.
