Work with each person over the phone or online to find individualized and personal solutions to the challenges the individual is experiencing, including:
1. Information and emotional support for newly diagnosed people and family members; help access MS healthcare specialists.
2. Health insurance options, benefits, and decisions and explore employment resources.
3. Wellness solutions for physical and emotional challenges such as fatigue, isolation, anxiety, and caregiver fatigue.
4. Coordination with a dedicated case manager for more in-depth and complex needs.
