The YMCAs Diabetes Prevention Program helps adults at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes adopt and maintain healthy livestyles in order to reduce their risk of developing this debilitating disease. LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a 12-week supportive, small group program, offered free of charge, to help adult cancer survivors regain their total health.

A family oriented community service organization which welcomes all people and promotes positive values through programs that build spirit, mind and body. Offers a variety of recreation, skill development, and health and fitness programs for all ages. An after school program and summer day camp are also available. Facility includes: 2 pools, state-of-the-art fitness center, 7,000 square foot gymnasium, family game room and outdoor playground.
