Provides funds for children under age 14 (or under 21 if multi-disabled). Offers services of children's consultant to develop a plan of services, including services provided in the home, community, and/or with other rehabilitation agencies. Provides family counseling/guidance, advocacy services, case management, educational consultation and vocational coordination.
