Offers services to make living at home possible for children and young adults with disabilities and medically complex conditions. The program treats patients with a wide spectrum of health conditions including: Cerebral Palsy, HIV/AIDS, seizures, failure to thrive, hydrocephalus, diabetes and asthma, muscular diagnosis, transplant patients and medically complex conditions. St. Mary’s specialized services include: skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, feeding therapy, medical social services, home health aide, nutrition, palliative care, social work, equipment and supplies and telehealth services.
