NY CONNECTS | SUFFOLK INDEPENDENT LIVING ORGANIZATION (SILO)

Serves as a point of entry into the long term services for older adults and people of all ages with disabilities. Some of these services include: Personal Care Services (preparing meals, housekeeping, bathing, transportation, home safety and accessibility and household finances), Education and Counseling, Behavioral Health/Development Supports and Services, Health and Wellness, Insurance Information and Short-term counseling.
