Provides Nassau County families support services for children, ages birth-24, at risk for suicide. Offers a suicide risk evaluation and individualized treatment plan focusing on safety strategies, healthy coping skills and relapse prevention. Provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management if needed. Offers individual group and family therapy, in-home treatment, referral services and in-person education forums and webinars.
