Provides independent living skills, information and referral, advocacy, peer counseling, transitional services, benefits and entitlements advisement, educational advocacy, nursing home transition into the community, individual support services, Olmsted housing subsidies, and support groups for people with disabilities. Transportation available.
Loan closet provides free, gently used medical equipment including wheelchairs, walkers, canes, crutches, shower benches, raised toilet seats, portable ramps, and more, based on availability.
