The outpatient program is designed to support clients long term sobriety through a robust continuum of care aligned with clients evolving need. Clients receive medical and mental health assessments, personalized care plans, and comprehensive case management. They also engage in intensive individual, group, and family counseling. Referrals for medical, mental health, legal, and social service programs are available.
