The Olmstead Housing Subsidy (OHS) Program helps individuals with disabilities who are transitioning from, or at risk of entering, institutional settings secure and maintain housing in the community. The program provides rental assistance and support services to promote independent living and ensure individuals can live safely and successfully in integrated, community based housing.
