Offers the Maternal Child HIV Center which is one of only 9 Centers of Excellence in New York State, designated by the NYS AIDS Institute. Programs and services are offered through the Designated AIDS Center’s Adolescent & Young Adult Specialized Care Center. This Center offers a Comprehensive and Coordinated Care for Adolescents and Young Adults (Ages 13-24) Living with HIV, providing: HIV Care; Primary Care; Mental Health Care; Medical Case Management and Multidisciplinary team with supportive services on-site. The Center offers a Prevention Program for Adolescents and Young Adults at Risk for HIV and STIs (Ages 13-25), providing: Confidential HIV Testing; Confidential STI Testing and Family Planning Services.
