Offers a program which is a federally funded that primarily benefits low and moderate income town residents. There are a number of different projects done through this program, including: Projects to make public facilities, including sidewalks, accessible to people with disabilities and "Voice of Help" which provides Senior Citizens with emergency alert devices. Additionally a Senior Maintenance Program does small repairs at no cost to the resident. Call for more detailed information.
