Eligibility

All those living in Suffolk County Area. If you live outside of our service area, the Suffolk County Senior Citizen Info Line can assist with information. They are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Call 631-853-8200 in Hauppauge or 631-852-1420 in Riverhead and they should be able to direct you to the appropriate site.

$7.50 per day, $37.50 per week, $150-187.50 per month Additional subsidies are available based on the client’s financial need.
