English classes are offered to students 18+ who live in Nassau and Suffolk counties. Workforce Workshops: for job seekers who reside in NY State, have lived in the US less than 10 years, have a degree, certificate or professional experience from their country of origin, have work authorization in the US.

Community Programs team offers a broad array of services to immigrants to help them address many of the challenges they face as they adapt to their new lives in the United States. These services include: Citizenship classes to prepare students for the US Citizenship exam. Program is 10 weeks and is offered in both Nassau and Suffolk locations. Community Events: Offers a variety of events to address a wide range of topics relevant to civic and social life in the US. This includes accessing medical care professional skill building, financial literacy, and scholarship opportunities for immigrant youth. English Classes are offered free of charge to students 18+ who live in Nassau or Suffolk counties. Offers 6 different levels of difficulty. Workforce Workshops: Offers 32 workshops a year for all job seekers, including resume writing, interview techniques, workers' legal rights, essential workplace English. Social Work Services: Works hand in hand with other programs to provide immigrants with culturally competent mental health services, case management, and supportive community events. Community Fundraisers: Students rise fundraiser provides school supplies for immigrant children. Holiday Toy Drive collects items for all ages and allows parents to choose the right gift for their child.
