Affordable Rental Housing Program | WHITE PLAINS CITY

The City of White Plains Affordable Rental Housing Program (ARHP) provides over 300 apartments in 16 buildings located at various sites throughout downtown White Plains. Helps city to remain economically diverse community by providing quality housing that is affordable to moderate income households. By requiring developers to designate a portion of the units in their buildings to tenants whose annual income is between 50% and 110% of the Area Median Income in Westchester County. Holds up-to-date apartment rental listing in the City of White Plains. The ARHP is open to everyone who meets the income requirements. There is no residency requirement for participation.
