AFTER SCHOOL CHILD CARE PROGRAM | HISPANIC BROTHERHOOD OF ROCKVILLE CENTRE

Offers an after-school program for children ages 5-12, five days a week from 3:00pm to 6:00pm during the academic year, and full day child care during school vacations (9:00am-6:00pm). Homework assistance is provided by volunteers with an emphasis on reading, expressive and receptive language skills, mathematics and concept development. For the 13-17 year old group, the program is provided between the hours of 6:00pm-8:00pm, and in the summer months 3:00pm-6:00pm. This program works with the schools attended by the youth to coordinate the learning process. *Special attention is given to helping the students complete their homework assignments.
