FAR ROCKAWAY TREATMENT CENTER | ZUCKER HILLSIDE HOSPITAL - NORTHWELL HEALTH

Licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) and accredited by the Joint Commission, provides comprehensive substance abuse treatment services to adults and youth 13 and older. We offer a full continuum of outpatient services, including comprehensive assessment and referral; psychiatric consultation and medication management; evidence-based interventions; individual, group, marital and family therapies; medication-assisted treatment (MAT); trauma-informed care; gender-specific treatment; and other supportive services. Specialized services are available to those with co-occurring mental health disorders, as well as those with DWIs and other mandated service recipients, and are also available in Spanish.
