Provides day treatment programs available for residents of Suffolk and Nassau County with co-occurring disorders of substance abuse and mental illness. Multidisciplinary staff is trained to help individuals who are dually diagnosed to succeed. Services provided include: Individual counseling, Medication management, psychiatric assessment, symptom monitoring, Recovery oriented groups, Treatment/Discharge planning, Comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment, Nursing assessments, Intramuscular medication administration, Mutual aid environment focused on peer-to-peer connection in mental health.
