Family Support Navigator Program | COVECARE CENTER

Assist families and individuals struggling with substance use on a variety of available resources that are vital to recovery. These services include: information and referrals to treatment, social services, self-help groups, and recovery services, assistance in making community connections, family support groups and addiction education workshops; holistic and integrated approach in trauma informed services. A grant-funded program which provides free services at the location of your choice.
