Fees
Accepts most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare; uninsured patients are eligible to apply for sliding fee scale discounts based on income and number of household members. Information and counseling are free.

Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering pediatrics, internal medicine/family medicine, OB/GYN, pediatric and adult dental services, podiatry, social work, nutritional counseling, medications for opioid use disorder, and pharmacy with home delivery. Serves all populations with special focus on the medically under-insured, uninsured, and those experiencing homelessness.
Also provides onsite lab, ultrasound, STD testing, COVID-19 testing and vaccines, health education/groups, blood pressure screening, and free walk-in pregnancy testing.
Provides transportation assistance to help clients get to appointments and referral assistance.
Participates in 340B drug discount program and has onsite enrollers for the New York State of Health insurance marketplace.
Hospital affiliations: Sisters Hospital and the John R. Oishei Children's Hospital.
