Eligibility

Families can participate in WIC if they are New York State residents and have a family income less than WIC guidelines. Families can automatically qualify for WIC if they receive Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Head Start/Early Head Start and Essential Plan 1-4 and 200-250. Foster children may also be eligible. Documents required: Proof on income if not automatically qualified along with proof of identity and residency.
