Introduce individuals to self-directed recovery tools that can increase mastery over physical, spiritual and emotional health by offering activities that connect people to complimentary wellness approaches (like yoga, acupuncture, nutrition, aromatherapy, meditation, etc.) and self-help and empowerment seminars.
