Eligibility

Youth (ages 16-24 yrs.), low income, at-risk youth, drop-outs immigrant youth (must be legal naturalized resident of the United States) and others seeking to complete their education and/or obtain vocational training.

Required documents

The following documents are required to complete an application: birth certificate, drivers license or stat ID card, social security card, proof of income, immunization records, medical insurance card, medical statement from a doctor, school transcripts, and IEP records (if applicable).

Application process

Parent or guardian must be present for applicants under the age of 18. All applicants must undergo a background check.

Provides outreach and admissions counseling to help youth (ages 16-24) enroll in a federal JOB CORPS program where they will receive assistance in completing their education and obtain training in various trades, on a residential campus-type setting. Call for more information.
