SINGLE POINT OF ACCESS (SPA) FOR ADULT HOUSING | NASSAU COUNTY OFFICE OF MENTAL HEALTH, CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES SERVICES

All applications for adult housing that are licensed or funded by the New York State Office of Mental Health are processed through a single location using a universal application form. Decisions about client access to housing are monitored by the state Office of Mental Health and the Nassau County Department of Mental Health with input from the agencies that provide the residential services.
