Eligibility
Males and females 12 to 20 years old at time of intake who are in the care or under the protection of Family Court (Nassau/Suffolk). Referrals are accepted from the Department of Social Services (Nassau/Suffolk), Department of Probation (Nassau/Suffolk), or NYS Office of Children and Family Services.

Offers therapeutic community based residential treatment for youth. Services include medical/dental care, individual, group and family therapy, substance abuse risk assessment and counseling. Each youth has an individualized care plan and addresses academic needs, mental health needs, substance abuse needs and skills necessary to work toward self sufficiency. Each of the homes are supervised 24 hours per day and the staff includes MSW's, Residential Counselors and Bachelor's level professionals. There is currently one adolescent boys home and one adolescent girls home.
