Children with developmental disability delays ages birth-22 years, residing in Suffolk County. Child must meet established criteria and be referred by the Suffolk County Department of Health.

Early intervention services are designed to address the needs of the child and family using a collaborative team approach. Services are provided within the child's natural environment to promote development in the areas of cognition, speech/language/feeding, physical, social, emotional, and adaptive functioning. Evaluations include core evaluations and supplemental evaluations. Ongoing services include: Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech/Language Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Teacher of the Visually Impaired, Family Support, Special Instruction, Specialized Feeding Program.
