Provides Reference, Information and Referral, Reader's Advisory and programs for children from birth through grade 8 as well as parents. Programs and services include E-Reference, Game Time, Parent/Child Workshop, Parenting Programs, Arts and Crafts, Storytimes, presentations and a Summer Reading Club.
