Eligibility
Terminally ill patients who can no longer be cared for at home for either clinical, psychosocial, or safety reasons. An assessment will be made by a hospice Nurse or Medical Doctor prior to admission to the home. Appointment and Referral Required.

Provides inpatient care to the terminally ill at Hospice House. Provides 24 hour care from registered nurses and hospice aides, as well as the companionship and support of trained hospice volunteers. Visiting hours are unlimited and unrestricted.
