Education/Prevention Services | COMMUNITY AWARENESS NETWORK FOR A DRUG-FREE LIFE AND ENVIRONMENT (CANDLE)

In a four-session conflict resolution program for second graders, trained prevention educators use role play, stories, games, and music to help students learn skills to recognize angry feelings and resolve conflicts peacefully. Students learn to verbalize through "I" messages, control frustrations with "cool off" techniques and find verbal solutions to prevent aggressive behaviors.
