AIDS/HIV Services | TOUCH TOGETHER OUR UNITY CAN HEAL

Services and programs to support people living with AIDS/HIV, their families and their caregivers. Offers counseling, weekly grocery deliveries, food pantry, housing referrals, support groups, pastoral care in all faiths, buddy program matches volunteer with someone living with AIDS/HIV, hospital visits, transportation to and from medical appointments and relevant support group meetings, limited financial assistance available for emergency situations.
