Assists blind/visually handicapped persons ages 10 and older wishing to engage in a vocational program, to obtain a job, or keep a present job. Offers consultations with rehabilitation counselor to develop a plan of services that can include training and/or education. Assists with job placement upon completion of plan requirements.
