PLEASE NOTE: There are no direct phone intake or assessments done for housing assistance DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. Visit their Newburgh office between 9:00 am - 3:30 pm for housing assistance. Ask for Mr. Charles Green.
All other assistance you may call Orange County Department of Social Services at 845-291-4000 with Selection #1 and then “O” for the operator. Tell the operator you are trying to reach the Newburgh or Middletown Housing Resource Center (HRC) The Operator will connect you to the Newburgh or Middletown location.
