A subsidized senior apartment complex, consisting of 298 garden apartments, providing affordable housing to low-income seniors and younger disabled adults. Includes a community center with auditorium, lounge, library, card and craft rooms and computers with internet access. Also operates a bus service for weekly shopping and other trips. A social worker offers information and referral to resources, crisis intervention and short-term counseling. Federally subsidized under the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development's Housing Assistance Program (HUD). Current wait list is approximately 5 years.
