ADULT DAY TREATMENT PROGRAM | CEREBRAL PALSY ASSOCIATION OF NASSAU COUNTY

Provides services for developmentally and/or physically disabled adults 21 years of age or older, in the areas of health, physical development, independent living skills, and self-help instruction. Occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech pathology, psychololgy, social work and service coordination available on site.
