FORENSIC RE-ENTRY | HANDS ACROSS LONG ISLAND - HALI

HALI's Forensic services provide support and resources to individuals transitioning back into society after incarceration. They begin working with the person three months prior to release and upon release, they are met at the gate and bridge them back to their community. Operate a drop-in where these individuals can access resources (employment, education, community services, etc.), connect with other peers and receive assistance in navigating their re-entry journey. Their goal is to help people overcome the challenges of re-entering society and achieve successful reintegration into their community of choice.
