Provides transitional supports, such as Food Stamps, Medicaid, and child support quality basic education, adequate housing, quality health care and quality child care for temporary assistance and low-income working poor families. Makes medical determinations on claims filed for Social Security Disability Insurance(SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income Disability(SSI) Program. Services are provided through local DSS offices.
